The first ever brides of Kerry awards were held on Feb 25th in Ballyroe heights hotel. The night was attended by the best of the best in the wedding industry, the genuine support and good will in the room was infectious.
Special guests on the night, winning Editors choice wedding award was the amazing designer Don O Neill with husband Pascal Guillermie. They were presented with the award by Grainne Seoige, a long-term friend of the couple.
Both Don and Pascal were unaware that Grainne had flown from South Africa especially to present the guys with the award and were astounded when she came on stage.
I was one of the very few to know Grainne was going to be present as I was on Hair and makeup duty for Grainne!
To top it all off ,as if the night was not spectacular enough!, I won Best Hair and Makeup artist combined. To get recognized in both categories was more then I could ever wish for.
